and
right doing,
there is a field.
I will meet you there"
Rumi
I offer clients the opportunity of working with a psychotherapist not only trained in a combination of conventional individual and relational systemic therapy models, but also in the exciting, cutting edge, Internal Family Systems approach to psychotherapy.
As your therapist, I am honoured to guide you as you explore your inner ‘family’ system and begin the process of removing those 'blocks' to your expertise.
You will begin to recognize and connect with that powerful healing part of yourself that has the qualities of Creativity, Confidence, Compassion, Clarity and Calm Centeredness – all qualities that will aid you in making those healthy decisions that you want to make.
I will respectfully guide you as you access your true Self and heal those aspects of your personality that carry the burdens of pain, fear, shame, feelings of worthlessness, etc. from past experiences and past relationships.
